Lineup Plan is a free baseball game planner built for youth coaches. We take your privacy seriously and collect only the minimum information needed to make the app work. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Team data — When you create a team, we store your team code, roster (player first and last names, jersey numbers, and ages), game plans (batting orders, defensive alignments, pitch counts), and game settings. This data is linked to your team code and stored in our database.
Coach information (optional) — When you create a new team, we offer an optional welcome form asking for your name and email address. This is entirely optional — you can skip it. If provided, we store your name and email to help us contact you if you need support.
Usage data — We use Sentry, a third-party error monitoring service, to automatically capture JavaScript errors that occur while using the app. Error reports may include your browser type, operating system, and the page URL at the time of the error. No personally identifiable information is intentionally included in error reports.
We do not collect addresses, phone numbers, or any sensitive personal information about the children on your roster. We do not run ads, sell your data, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Team and game data is used solely to provide the app's core functionality — saving and loading your roster, lineups, and game plans across sessions and devices.
Coach name and email, if provided, are used only to contact you directly if you reach out for support or if there is an important update affecting your account.
Error data is used only to identify and fix bugs in the app. We do not use it to track individual users.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We do not store payment information — Lineup Plan is currently free.
Your team data remains stored as long as your team code exists. If you would like your data deleted, email us at info@lineupplan.com with your team code and we will remove it promptly.
Lineup Plan is designed for use by adult coaches, not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Roster entries contain player first and last names, jersey numbers, and ages — no contact information, financial data, or other sensitive personal information about the players.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Lineup Plan after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
